The Cambridge Pickleball Club is non-profit and an official member of Pickleball Canada and Pickleball Ontario. Our annual membership fee is $50 which includes $20 for Pickleball Canada and Pickleball Ontario for member and club insurance. If you are already a member of Pickleball Ontario, you only pay $30 to add Cambridge as one of your clubs.
Once you are a member of our Club, each court session is $8 per person. Currently, we are not accepting new members but you can go on our wait list (see below).
Session Schedule
Monday – Open Play* – Temple Baptist Church – 6:30-9 p.m.
Tuesday – Intermediate/Advanced (Competitive Play)** – Temple Baptist Church – 6:30 – 9 p.m.
Thursday – ON HOLD for the summer – St. Augustine, Recreational play*** (Beginner/New Intermediate), 6:30 – 9 p.m.
Thursday – Heritage College and Seminary Competitive play, 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.
Friday – ON HOLD for the summer – St. Vincent de Paul, Open Play, 6:30-9 p.m.
Saturday – Heritage College and Seminary Competitive play, 9 a.m. – noon
Sunday – ON HOLD for the summer – Heritage College and Seminary Recreational play, 9 a.m. – noon
* Open Play means all levels of players. Courts are divided into different playing levels depending on participants
** Competitive Play is only for Intermediate and Advanced Players. “Smashing” is allowed (and pretty much mandatory when the opportunity presents itself! 😊)
*** Recreational Play means no overhead smashing. It’s all about having fun but still wanting to win! (can be agreed upon amongst the members)
Memberships purchased after Oct. 1 will include the next calendar year as per Pickleball Canada policies. Please note, membership fees are non refundable. Due to insurance restrictions, guests and non-members are not allowed to play.
Court fees are used to rent facilities and supply balls and nets. The fee is consistent with other local non profit clubs.
Pickleball Canada and Pickleball Ontario offers Cambridge Pickleball Club members many benefits. These include being able to register for tournaments with other member clubs, insurance for both clubs and members, training videos etc.
